Darryl Worsham,
CEO
Darryl Worsham is a seasoned software technology executive with over 20 years of experience in both publicly and privately held companies (Micrografx, HotData, Pinion Software) offering enterprise (SaaS/Cloud), and mobility based products. Mr. Worsham possesses a unique combination of industry knowledge in product life-cycle management, security and mobility and is responsible for the overall general management and strategic leadership at Perception Software. Mr. Worsham holds a B.S. in Education from Oklahoma State University.
Reddy Tera,
Co-Founder & CTO
Reddy Tera is the Co-Founder and CTO of Perception Software and is responsible for establishing and successfully executing the company’s technical vision and leading all aspects of the company’s technology development. He plays an integral role in the company’s strategic direction, development and growth. He is also responsible for building and managing the development team and its day-to-day activities. Reddy has more than 13 years of experience building advanced web and desktop applications using the latest technologies and standards. Prior to Perception Software, Reddy worked as Chief Architect of Mentor Graphics’ next generation of web based design environment. He also holds a patent for his work on this. He has held a number of lead development positions at Viewlogic, Innoveda and Parametric Technology Corporation. Reddy holds a Master’s in Industrial Engineering from Wichita State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sri Krishnadevaraya University, India.
Mark Hepburn,
Co-Founder & VP Product Marketing
Mark Hepburn comes to Perception Software with over 15 years of experience in the EDA and software industries. Most recently, Mark was product manager for the Mentor Graphics Intellectual IP management technology after several years as technical marketing engineer for the Data Management group. Prior to Mentor Graphics mark held several product management and development roles within Innoveda and Viewlogic Systems, focusing on architectural and system design tools. Mark has a BSEE form the University of Pittsburgh.
Kathleen McKenna,
Vice President, Consulting Services
Kathy McKenna is responsible for the management of Perception’s professional services engagements. With over 18 years of experience at Synopsys, Avant!, and Racal-Redac covering all facets of IC design, IC packaging, system design, and PLM/ERP implementations, Kathy gets customers up and running quickly. Kathy has a BSEE from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York.
